About
Kung-Fu is an action game released for Xbox 360 in November 2011. Recent coverage has focused primarily on Phantom Blade Zero, a forthcoming martial arts action title that draws comparisons to the Souls-like formula. The game blends traditional wuxia storytelling with steampunk aesthetics - a combination developers are calling "Kung Fu Punk." Director Soulframe Liang has discussed how the game channels kung fu philosophy, with reports suggesting it can theoretically be completed using unconventional approaches. Early hands-on impressions from the game's opening hours indicate strong visual presentation and methodical combat design that's generating considerable anticipation ahead of its release.
