Anticipation is a strategy board game released for the NES in October 1989. It combines turn-based gameplay with physical board game elements, offering players a distinctly different experience from typical console fare of the era.
Coverage of the game has been minimal in recent reporting. The game remains a relatively obscure entry in the NES library, with limited contemporary discussion in gaming media.
