Escape Simulator 2 is a puzzle adventure that tasks players with solving environmental challenges to escape from various scenarios. The game launched on PC and macOS in October 2025 and has now entered an experimental phase with a VR open beta, giving players an early opportunity to experience the escape room concept in virtual reality. The VR preview allows the community to test the mode before its full integration, marking an expansion of how the game can be played beyond its standard flatscreen versions.
