What is happening now
Shape Sender Deluxe is an indie title headed to PC, Mac, and Nintendo Switch on December 31, 2026. Developer Dead Teapot recently made the decision to withdraw the game from Epic Games Store distribution, citing disagreement with the platform's direction under Tim Sweeney's leadership regarding artificial intelligence. The move reflects growing friction between independent developers and Epic over the company's AI positioning, though Shape Sender Deluxe remains scheduled for release on other platforms as planned.
