Spindle is an old-school zeldaesque action-adventure where you slip into the role of Death. But you won't be alone: A pig is your companion! Obviously. Because of reasons.
What is happening now
Spindle is an indie puzzle-RPG adventure available across PC, Mac, Linux, and Nintendo Switch. The game launched in October 2025 and blends exploration with puzzle-solving mechanics tied to its role-playing progression. Recent coverage has focused on in-game resource acquisition, particularly locating and obtaining Starsilver Spindles within the Mistfall Hunter area. Players seeking to progress certain questlines, such as accessing the Watchtower, have been directed toward specific merchants and currency-grinding methods to secure these items. Such guides suggest the game involves layered progression systems where specific components become gating points for advancement.
