Sea of Remnants is an RPG blending roguelike mechanics with turn-based combat and open-world exploration, developed by Joker Studio and published by NetEase Games. Set in a fantasy Age of Sail setting, the game incorporates dice mechanics and an underlying mystery narrative. It's scheduled to release on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X and S, and PC in December 2027. The game has been actively showcased throughout 2026, with demonstrations at Gamescom revealing its distinctive puppetfolk art style and exclusive gameplay footage highlighting the roguelike structure and hidden narrative elements. A closed beta test ran in December.
