Silent Hill: Downpour Fan is Restoring Cut Boss Battle in New PC Port
A dedicated fan is hard at work bringing Silent Hill: Downpour to PCs, and is restoring a lost boss battle and other deleted content, too.
Silent Hill: Downpour is an action-horror game originally released for consoles in 2015, following series tradition with a story-driven campaign through the fog-laden town. The game has remained largely dormant since its original launch, but recent fan efforts have brought it back into focus.
A dedicated community member is currently working on a PC port of Downpour that goes beyond a simple conversion. The project includes restoration of a boss encounter and other content that didn't make it into the original release, effectively offering a more complete version of the game for players who want to experience it on PC.
