What is happening now
Concrete Burial is an indie shooter-adventure from Games From The Abyss, released in September 2026. The game emphasizes high-stakes combat where player mistakes carry immediate consequences, creating a tense moment-to-moment experience. Coverage has highlighted its grimdark atmosphere and cinematic approach to storytelling, positioning it alongside other narrative-driven shooters that prioritize tension and consequence over action spectacle. Early reception suggests the game succeeds in maintaining that pressure throughout its campaign, though specifics on length, mechanics, and broader critical consensus remain limited at this stage.
