About
Mobile Suit Gundam SEED is an arcade game released for PlayStation 2 in 2003, based on the popular mecha anime franchise. The game brings the series' mobile suit combat to home consoles with arcade-style action gameplay. Recent activity around the Gundam SEED universe centers on the film side rather than the game itself. Bandai Namco Filmworks has announced that Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Freedom Zero, a prequel to the recent Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Freedom film, will arrive in North American theaters in February 2027, with English voice casting including Matthew Erickson, Matt Hill, and Sam Vincent.
