About
Emerald Rush is a web-based platformer that launched in February 2023. The game has maintained an active event schedule tied to a broader "Donkey Kong Bananza" series. As of September 2026, the final Emerald Rush event, titled "Bananza Antics," has begun, introducing playable characters Funky Kong and Candy Kong. Coverage suggests this marks the conclusion of the game's event cycle, though specifics on what that means for ongoing support remain unclear.
