About
Pineapple on Pizza is a short game about exploring an island full of dancing people, finding a way to ruin the party, and unexpectedly enjoying it.
What is happening now
Pineapple on Pizza is an indie title available on PC, Mac, and Linux since March 2023. Despite its modest premise, the game has unexpectedly intersected with real-world pizza culture discourse. Recent coverage highlighted a notable incident involving an Italian chef in Australia who was terminated from his position after declining to add pineapple to a customer's order, a refusal that sparked broader conversation around culinary tradition versus customer preference - themes that resonate with the game's central concept of navigating contentious food choices.
