Alice in Wonderland 2000

About

Alice in Wonderland came out on November 18, 2020 for Mac and PC, then for PlayStation 4 on February 8, 2023 and for Nintendo Switch and Xbox One on February 9, 2023. It is Playable on Steam Deck.

A true translation right from the Disney movie, Alice finds herself in the wonderland that she's expected to. Over the course of the game Alice meets major characters from the story, who will have either lost an item or need some help in some sort, for which Alice will volunteer to help.

Story

Take Alice on the adventure of her life in this side-scrolling action game based on the classic Disney animated movie. In this single-player adventure, you'll guide Alice through over 20 levels in a crazy world that defies imagination. In a gameplay twist right out of the movie, Alice will have to shrink herself or grow to accomplish some level goals. You'll run into many familiar faces from the vintage tale as well, including the one responsible for getting Alice into this whole mess, the White Rabbit. Brightly-colored graphics move the story along in expected Disney quality. With new things to do in each level and a secret around every corner, ALICE IN WONDERLAND will keep you in new adventures for a long time. When it's time to stop playing, you can count on the game's built-in battery backup to save your progress until next time.

What is happening now

Alice in Wonderland is a platform-puzzle adventure that launched on Wii and PC in early 2010. Recent coverage has primarily focused not on the original game itself, but on CRYMELIGHT, a separate action roguelite inspired by darker Alice in Wonderland aesthetics. That title recently released a new Steam demo featuring 1.5 to 3 hours of gameplay, incorporating refinements based on early player feedback. The demo is planned to arrive on PS5 and Nintendo Switch 2 at a later point.
