The Wheel of Time was an action shooter released on PC in 1999, based on Robert Jordan's sprawling fantasy series. The game brought the world of the Wheel of Time to life through first-person combat and exploration, drawing players into battles across the franchise's iconic locations and against its memorable antagonists.
After more than two decades of silence, the series is seeing a revival. Developer Russ Zanetello has announced War of the Dragon, a new entry coming next year that will continue the Wheel of Time's gaming legacy with an original story. This marks the franchise's return to interactive entertainment following an extended gap since its last game release.
