Earth Defense Force 5: Deluxe Edition is an action game that puts players in the role of humanity's last stand against alien invasion. Originally released on PlayStation 4 in December 2018, the game is now coming to Nintendo Switch 2.

Pre-orders for the Switch 2 version have opened, accompanied by a new trailer showcasing the game's cooperative gameplay and large-scale bug-fighting combat. The Deluxe Edition bundles additional content alongside the base experience, bringing the series' arcade-style destruction and squad-based missions to Nintendo's new hardware.
