The Sinking City 2 is an upcoming survival horror game from Ukrainian developer Frogwares, set in a Lovecraftian world. The sequel to the original 2019 title expands the shooter, puzzle, and exploration-focused gameplay across multiple platforms.
With an August 18 launch date approaching, Frogwares has been releasing final details ahead of release. Pre-orders are now live, offering early access and bonus content through various editions - the Premium Edition includes a two-hour side quest at Holloway Manor plus 24 hours of early access for $59.99. The studio has finalized PC system requirements for the Unreal Engine 5-powered title and continues revealing weapons and features, including what's being called the Chthonic Arsenal. Various retailers are offering Steam and console pre-order incentives as the release window narrows.
