About
Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter is an action-RPG that launched across PC, Nintendo Switch, and PlayStation 5 in September 2025. The game marks Falcom's entry into simultaneous worldwide distribution, a significant shift in the publisher's approach that company leadership has since reflected on publicly. Since release, the title has driven notable commercial success for Falcom, with the publisher reporting substantial revenue and profit growth over recent quarters. On the technical front, the PC version received an update adding upscaling support via AMD FSR 2.2 and NVIDIA DLSS 4. The game has also appeared regularly in digital sales promotions, while merchandise based on the title - including character Nendoroids and enamel pins - has rolled out for collectors. In Japan, the game was made available as a free trial through Nintendo Switch Online.
