What is happening now
The Eminence in Shadow: Phantom Echoes is a roguelite action game based on the hit anime franchise, arriving on Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, and PC this December. The game was recently announced for Switch 2, expanding its planned platform lineup. With its roguelite structure, players can expect runs built around procedural variation and escalating difficulty rather than a traditional campaign structure. The announcement suggests the anime's established fanbase will be a key audience, though specific gameplay details remain sparse as the release approaches.
