Once Upon a Katamari is a time-travelling arcade adventure that launched on PC, Switch, Xbox Series S/X, and PlayStation 5 last October. The game continues the series' tradition of rolling a ball through increasingly absurd environments to collect objects and solve puzzles.
Since release, Bandai Namco has announced paid DLC based on content from the mobile Katamari games, adding new material to the PS5 version later this year. The publisher also confirmed a Nintendo Switch 2 port arriving October 2026, which will feature improved visuals, smoother performance, and mouse control support compared to the current-generation console versions.
