About
Robot Wars is an action-sports indie title that launched on PC in October 2024. Beyond the game's own release, recent coverage has focused on a significant milestone in retro gaming preservation: the completion of an English fan translation for Super Robot Wars 4, the original Super Famicom strategy RPG that debuted over three decades ago. The translation project, developed by dedicated fans of the series, represents years of sustained effort to make the classic Winkysoft and Banpresto title accessible to English-speaking players for the first time since its 1993 release.
