About
Back To The Beginning is a puzzle game available as a web browser title since August 2020. Recent coverage has focused heavily on Gears of War: E-Day, a prequel in the long-running third-person shooter franchise that revisits the series' origins. The Coalition's new Gamescom trailer depicts Marcus and Dom's first encounter with the Locust threat, positioning the prequel as a potential turning point for the franchise. Gaming outlets are examining whether this origin story approach can reinvigorate interest in the Gears series heading into the game's October release window.
