Darkness has swallowed the land. Only one unlikely hero is brave enough to fight back. Shadow Cat is a focused 2D action-platformer that puts you in control of a fearless cat boy on a mission to save a world overrun by evil creatures. Run, jump, and dash through 25 handcrafted levels set across dark forests, abandoned factories, dangerous caves, and forgotten tunnels. Straightforward controls make it easy to begin, but every new stage introduces more demanding platforming challenges. Time your jumps, dash across deadly gaps, avoid spikes and moving hazards, and launch fireballs to defeat the creatures standing in your way. Explore each level to collect life points and replenish your fireball ammo. Activate checkpoints to protect your progress when danger strikes. Taking damage costs one life and returns you to the latest checkpoint—but lose every life, and the level must be faced again from the beginning. The journey becomes more dangerous as new enemies, traps, and environmental threats test your timing, awareness, and resource management. Master your movement, use your fireballs wisely, and keep pushing forward until the final confrontation with a giant spider and its relentless minions.
