About
Madden NFL 24 is an American football simulation that puts players in control of teams across various modes. The game released in August 2023 on current and previous generation consoles as well as PC. The title's online services will sunset in April 2027, when EA will shut down the game's servers. This closure will also result in the removal of seven Xbox achievements tied to online functionality, affecting players who have invested time in connected modes. The shutdown follows the standard lifecycle for annual sports titles, which typically receive server support for several years before being retired in favor of newer releases.
