What is happening now

MapleStory remains a fixture in the side-scrolling MMO space since its 2003 launch on PC and Mac. The game combines platforming and RPG mechanics across a colorful, sprite-based world that has sustained a dedicated player base for two decades. The September patch brought several quality-of-life improvements, including Spanish language support to expand accessibility. The update also introduced faster leveling progression and a limited-time collaboration with Frieren: Beyond Journey's End, the anime and manga series, running through early October. The crossover allows players to engage with content tied to the property during the promotional window.
