Atlus and GENESIS have partnered with Piccodo to produce chibi-style action dolls featuring the protagonist and Louis from Metaphor: ReFantazio. Pre-orders are currently available, with both figures slated to ship in July 2027. The dolls are part of Piccodo's established Action Doll line, which specializes in small-scale articulated figures with exaggerated proportions.

Piccodo's chibi aesthetic offers a more stylized take on the characters compared to traditional statue-based collectibles, appealing to fans seeking poseable desk figures.
