PlayStation is rotating out seven titles from PS Plus Extra and Premium in September 2026, with Toy Story and Shadowrun among the departing games. The removals align with Sony's monthly refresh cycle, where the service cycles through its available library to make room for incoming titles. Regional availability differences mean subscribers in the UK, USA, and Japan may see slightly different timing or game selections compared to other territories.
The September changeover underscores how PS Plus's tiered model functions as a rotating service rather than a permanent library. Members looking to keep these titles will need to purchase them outright or complete any outstanding gameplay before the removal deadline.
- Seven PS Plus Extra/Premium games are exiting the service in September 2026, including Toy Story and Shadowrun.
- Regional differences in availability suggest the removal timeline may vary by territory.
- The monthly rotation is standard practice for PS Plus's catalog model.
