Atlus is bringing the Metaphor: ReFantazio orchestral concert experience to home listeners. The publisher has announced a CD release of "ReSimfonio," a concert recording of the game's soundtrack performed by an orchestra, arriving November 12, 2026. The announcement came with a video sampler showcasing selections from the album, giving fans a preview of the orchestral arrangements before the release.
The move capitalizes on growing interest in video game music as a standalone listening experience. Atlus has previously released similar orchestral albums for its Persona franchise, making this a natural extension for one of 2024's acclaimed JRPG releases.
- ReSimfonio orchestral CD drops November 12, 2026, with a video sampler already available.
- The album represents Atlus extending its music releases beyond the game itself, following the publisher's track record with Persona concert albums.
