Xbox is capitalizing on the October launch of Gears of War: E-Day with a full-sized replica of the franchise's iconic Lancer weapon. The collectible is being released as official merchandise timed to the exclusive Xbox debut, aimed at fans looking for high-end physical pieces beyond the game itself. The Lancer has long been central to Gears' identity, and a 1:1 scale version represents a significant step up in replica authenticity compared to typical gaming merchandise.
The move reflects a broader merchandising strategy around E-Day's release, which is also introducing a new Horde Siege mode. For collectors, this positions the replica as a premium companion piece to the new entry.
