Quest of Dungeons, the roguelike dungeon crawler, is heading to Nintendo Switch 2 with a fresh entry point for players. Publisher Flyhigh Works has confirmed an August 27, 2026 release date via an eShop listing. The game has already made stops on Wii U, 3DS, and the original Switch, but this new version introduces gameplay additions alongside the hardware upgrade.
The expanded content suggests Nintendo's handheld successor will see continued ports of established indie titles, particularly from publishers with existing Nintendo relationships. While specific details about the new mode remain sparse in available listings, the addition indicates the team is treating this as more than a straight port.
- Quest of Dungeons reaches Switch 2 in August 2026 with new gameplay content included.
- Flyhigh Works has published the title across multiple Nintendo platforms since its original launch.
- The port reflects ongoing third-party support for Switch 2 from established indie publishers.
