Konami is bringing Metal Gear Solid merchandise to a new audience this October with an officially licensed line of cat scratchers. The products, designed to let pet owners stylize their cats around the franchise, represent the publisher's expansion into pet accessories - a departure from traditional gaming merchandise. Limited availability suggests these items won't stick around long after launch, making them a time-sensitive collectible for fans who want to merge their love of the stealth franchise with their feline companions.
- Metal Gear Solid cat scratchers arrive in October 2026 with official Konami backing, targeting both franchise fans and pet owners.
- The product line appears to have a limited window of availability, positioning it as a collectible release rather than a permanent fixture.
