Free Play Days: Try These Xbox Games For Free (October 1-4)
Covered by 2 sources · 2 articles
Xbox's Free Play Days promotion this week pivots entirely to Ubisoft, offering five titles from the publisher at no cost through the weekend. The selection marks a rare full takeover of the rotating free-play slot by a single publisher, representing what outlets consider a notably strong lineup for players looking to sample new games without commitment. The promotion runs through early October.
- Five Ubisoft games are available free through this weekend's Free Play Days window.
- The entire week's free rotation comes from a single publisher, an uncommon occurrence for the program.
- The selection is positioned as a particularly worthwhile batch of freebies for Xbox Game Pass subscribers and others.
Ubisoft's dominance of this week's rotation signals publisher partnerships shaping Xbox's free-play strategy, worth watching as a bellwether for future promotional pushes.
