About
Another World is a 2D Adventure about a developer who gets stuck in his own game.
What is happening now
Another World is a foundational action-adventure that blends platforming, puzzle-solving, and arcade sensibilities across dozens of platforms since its 1991 debut on Apple II and beyond. Recent coverage has primarily focused on Truck-kun is Supporting Me from Another World, an unrelated Xbox title that appears to be a Crazy Taxi-inspired game drawing from isekai anime tropes. The game features 18 achievements totaling 1,000 Gamerscore. Reviews describe it as stylistically unconventional but somewhat shallow in execution, with mixed critical reception noting its oddball premise doesn't necessarily translate to compelling gameplay depth.
