Pokémon Legends: Arceus 2022

About

Pokemon Legends: Arceus is an action-RPG on Nintendo Switch that reimagines the series' traditional turn-based formula with real-time combat mechanics set in a historical take on the Pokemon world. Released in January 2022, the game shifted focus toward catching and studying creatures rather than battling trainers exclusively. Community modders have continued experimenting with the game's framework since launch. The Beast of Reincarnation mod project has integrated Pokemon Legends: Arceus characters into a soulslike experience, demonstrating ongoing interest in blending the game's mechanics with different genres. While official content updates have concluded, the modding scene remains active around the title.
