About
S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Cost of Hope is an action game set in the Zone, arriving across Xbox Series S/X, PlayStation 5, and PC. The game will receive a free Unreal Engine 5 upgrade as part of Update 2.0. Recent coverage highlights the game's atmospheric exploration of new locations like the Iron Forest and Chornobyl Nuclear Power Plant, which introduce both environmental hazards and hostile encounters. An expansion is in the works featuring familiar factions and characters, with the new areas promising significant mysteries alongside considerable danger from both human enemies and anomalies. GSC Game World appears positioned to deliver a substantial experience in what's shaping up to be a busy release window.
