About
BlazBlue is a 2D anime-style fighting game originally released for Xbox 360. Arc System Works' flagship fighter has maintained a dedicated competitive community across multiple platforms over the years. The series is expanding its platform reach with a dedicated PlayStation 5 version currently in development. This native PS5 release will feature rollback netcode and crossplay functionality, moving beyond the backwards-compatible versions previously available on the console. The announcement signals continued support for the franchise as it works to maintain its presence in the modern fighting game landscape.
