About
Mafia III: Definitive Edition is an action-adventure remaster of the 2016 crime drama, available on PlayStation 4, PC, and Xbox One since May 2020. The game follows a soldier's return to his New Orleans hometown to seek revenge against the mob, built on the series' foundation of open-world chaos and narrative-driven missions. Recently, the game made headlines when a PlayStation Store pricing error temporarily offered it for free alongside Call of Duty: WWII, allowing some players to claim the title at no cost. The glitch has since drawn attention to the Definitive Edition as a way for new players to experience the remaster without cost.
