About
Medieval Games is an arcade title released for Wii in November 2009. Recent coverage treating medieval-themed games more broadly suggests the genre has evolved significantly since the console's heyday, encompassing everything from intimate first-person melee combat to large-scale empire management and village simulation. Lists of the best medieval games now span decades of releases and multiple genres, reflecting the genre's enduring appeal across strategy, action, and simulation spaces. Medieval Games itself hasn't received recent attention in major gaming publications, appearing to have been overshadowed by newer entries in the medieval gaming space.
