House Flipper 2 is a property renovation simulator where players purchase rundown houses, renovate them, and sell them for profit. The game launched on PC and consoles in December 2023 across PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X and S platforms. The game is expanding its platform reach with a Switch 2 release scheduled for October 2026, bringing the house-flipping experience to Nintendo's next-generation hardware.
