About
Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun is a retro-styled first-person shooter set in the grimdark Warhammer 40K universe. The original launched in May 2023 across PC and major console platforms, drawing on classic FPS sensibilities within Games Workshop's science fiction setting. The franchise is expanding with a sequel currently in development. Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun 2 is scheduled to release on October 14, 2026, with Auroch Digital and Big Fan Games handling development. A Nintendo Switch 2 port has been confirmed for a launch window shortly after the game's initial release.
