Story

Welcome to Deceive Inc. a private corporation with complete monopoly over the international espionage market. You can disguise yourself as anyone you meet in an instant, have access to state-of-the-art gadgets the rest of the world can only dream of and possess skills that would make Hollywood super spies jealous. But your are not alone. Rival spies are after the same objective and every single one of them is as skilled, cunning and well-equipped as you are. Blend in, grab the objective and break out. In the end, only one spy can complete the mission and get the paycheck. Company policy.

What is happening now

Deceive Inc. is a tactical shooter that launched in March 2023 as an indie title across PC and current-generation consoles. The game's studio, Sweet Bandits, has since closed, but rather than letting the title disappear entirely, the former team is rebuilding its backend infrastructure to enable community-hosted servers. This move allows players to continue accessing and playing Deceive Inc. indefinitely through fan-operated infrastructure, circumventing the typical fate of live-service games that become unplayable after official shutdown. The decision reflects an uncommon commitment to preserving a game beyond its commercial viability.
