Covered by 2 sources · 2 articles
These excerpts don't contain substantive details about Baghead's quest itself - no specifics about what item he requests, quest steps, or how to unlock any secret ending. The sources only confirm Baghead exists as an NPC on Desolate Peak in Fainweald and that guides for his questline exist, without explaining the actual mechanics or rewards.

Mortal Shell 2 features an NPC named Baghead located on Desolate Peak within the Fainweald region who assigns a quest involving retrieving a specific item. Multiple outlets have published completion guides for this questline, though the exact objectives and secret ending conditions remain detailed in those full guides rather than in available excerpts.
