Story
Anna Puerta, leader of demonic cult The Watchers of Azazel, has just performed a forbidden ritual, believing she can summon and control the goat demon himself. But something has gone wrong, and Azazel has possessed her.
What is happening now
Devour is a first-person indie dungeon crawler where you inhabit a creature at the bottom of the food chain, hunting weaker prey or recruiting them as allies as you descend through multiple floors. The game emphasizes progression through consumption and alliance-building in its underground setting. A free Steam demo has recently become available for Windows, allowing players to experience floors B1 through B11 in both English and Japanese. The demo serves as an entry point to the game's core loop of predation and resource management before committing to the full release.
