About
Plow, sow, and reap. Sounds familiar? Not this time. Ancient Farm may not be the first farming simulator but it’s the first one to take you back thousands of years into the past, to ancient times where technology wasn’t nearly as impressive as it is today, but humanity was just as hungry as always.
What is happening now
Ancient Farm is a farming simulator available on Xbox Series X and S, PlayStation 5, and PC. The game launched in January 2026 and tasks players with managing their own agricultural operation. Coverage has been minimal so far, with promotion mainly centered around Xbox code giveaways rather than substantial gameplay discussion or critical reception.
