About
Pikmin 3 Deluxe is Nintendo's enhanced port of the real-time strategy-puzzle game, originally released on Wii U. The game follows three captains commanding small plant-like creatures called Pikmin to solve environmental puzzles and survive on an alien planet. The game recently received a version 1.2.0 update tailored for Nintendo Switch 2 owners. The patch introduces higher-resolution display support for both docked and handheld modes, delivering sharper visuals when played on compatible televisions. Nintendo has not disclosed specific resolution or frame rate targets for the enhancement. The update also brings GameChat functionality to the title.
