Dragon Quest 12 2022

About

Dragon Quest 12 is a mainline RPG entry in Square Enix's long-running series, arriving on PC in mid-2022 after an extended development cycle. The game underwent significant internal reworking before its reannouncement earlier this year, suggesting the team made substantial changes to its original vision. Recent commentary from the game's creator regarding artificial intelligence has drawn scrutiny from observers concerned about the project's direction, adding to existing uncertainty surrounding what the redesigned title will ultimately deliver. The limited gameplay revealed so far hasn't fully addressed these apprehensions about where the franchise is headed.
